Paying Old Age Pensioners DOUBLE will be the new way to balance the economy. This is a Cascading Tax idea. The Pensioners will move the money around - they cannot take it with them!!! They will spend it to live, for additional health care, AND they will give it to friends , family and charities.
Whenever the economy overheats and inflation rises, do NOT increase interest rates - CUT the old age pension.
Whenever more tax is needed, for massive installions of renewable energy and for electric cars, etc TREBLE the old age pension!!!
The present archaic ways of balancing BOOM and BUST are ridiculous.
Do it with the Money Movers (old age pensioners). Why is it not happening? We are still in the horse and cart days.

The Southern Hemisphere has less land, fewer trees and more droughts. To reverse climate change a great many more trees must be planted in Australia, South America and Southern Africa AND more jet planes must fly at high altitudes in the Southern Hemisphere.
I have invented an Electric Car that produces electricity for sale, as well as running on electricity to travel about - it's like a mobile mini-power station. There are thousands of energy inventions already in the world, waiting for development money.
Permatricity Limited is promoting long haul jet travel, safer nuclear power, tree planting and electric cars.
First it is necessary to create capital by being in money-making businesses. To do that, some Internet businesses are selected and Permatricity Limited will issue shares for consideration other than cash to those people who join the selected business down line from Permatricity - that will provide a cash flow.
From the cash flow, 20% will be for management, accounting, travel and sundry expenses. 80% will be paid to shareholders.. Permatricity Limited will operate as an inventor, a marketing consultant, and a broker, but not as an investor. Money will go to Shareholders and will not be accepted from shareholders.
This is a new form of Corporation. When dividends are able to be paid, accounting staff will be employed and Permatricity Limited will commence to conduct business. The start-up period will be over. The usual accounting records will be provided to shareholders and franchising will commence with shareholders being invited to run their own spin-off Permatricity businesses..
Disposing of Nuclear Waste
There are 14 Nuclear Submarines mothballed in the UK; the US and Russia have old nuke subs too. To use them and make them safe, the best submarine would be sailed to Port Augusta, South Australia where its nuclear power would generate electricity for a dredge to cut a canal to the center of Lake Eyre. Lake Eyre is several meters below sea level and usually hot and dry; it could be used as a natural dry dock. The canal would be opened or closed as required, but it will take about 2 years to dry the Lake out after each filling.
From the late 1950s through the end of 1997, the Soviet Union, and later Russia, built a total of 245 nuclear submarines, more than all other nations combined.
France; South Korea, India, and China have nuclear subs. Other countries, including Argentina and Brazil, have ongoing projects with nuclear-powered submarines.
Engineers could excavate a dry Lake bed or dredge a wet lake bed as they choose. When Lake Eyre is ready, old and useless submarines can be floated to their graveyard in the lake and covered with molten basalt. Likewise nuclear waste from power stations can be deposited and sealed in basalt. An artificial island or reef, contained within a dike, would be made. Lightning rods would add natural electricity to the 'quark stew' and also deter visitors to the island/reef. The nuclear area would be momitored and then duplicated in other parts of Lake Eyre.
When the lake is filled, much water will evaporate, to increase rainfall and grow more trees.
Uranium is mined close to Lake Eyre so the radio-active waste will be returning to its source. Basalt is in adjoining Queensland and is old lava.
Tree Planting
Trees storing carbon, and providing food and fuel, will be olive, nuts, fruit, etc., as chosen by the land holders. To do the planting, some cash will be paid to the land holders and some Permatricity Limited shares will be issued to the land holders for consideration other than cash.. A share of returns from the trees will add to the cash flow.

Wrong Conclusion
The meter difference is caused by centrifugal force not by ocean currents. Satellite altimeters can measure the height of the sea surface at the Equator; we can have immediate proof instead of guessing. My guess is there is more than 3 meters difference in the sea level between the Antarctic Circle and the Equator. Perhaps the difference is 10 meters! Who can tell us the true difference ?
